About GMACK Spartan

Building the next generation of frac sand hauling.

GMACK Spartan is building a technology-driven frac sand transportation operation around five core principles: safety, compliance, accountability, efficiency, and performance.

We are not interested in simply putting trucks on the road. We are building a disciplined team with dependable equipment, strong communication, strict compliance, and operators who know every load, ticket, and delivery matters.

Minimum Driver Requirements

Before you apply, read this carefully.

This is not an entry-level driving opportunity. Strong safety history, professional conduct, and oilfield readiness are mandatory.

OKMinimum 10 years of professional commercial driving experience
OKValid CDL and endorsements required for the assigned equipment
OKClean Motor Vehicle Record and DOT qualification readiness
OKAbility to pass required drug and alcohol testing
OKStrict adherence to ELD and Hours-of-Service requirements
OKOilfield and frac sand hauling experience strongly preferred
OKProfessional attitude and dependable communication
OKAvailable to operate in the Shreveport, Louisiana area
No shortcuts. No exceptions to safety.

Owner-Operator Equipment

Your truck has to qualify too.

Every owner-operator truck entering the operation must meet GMACK Spartan equipment, mechanical, and safety requirements.

DOT inspection less than 90 days old required.

Trucks must also complete a comprehensive oilfield-readiness inspection before approval for dispatch. Equipment with deficiencies will not be approved until corrected.

Digital ticket-reading technology is designed to capture load and weight-ticket details for better accuracy and visibility.

ELD

Electronic Logging

ELD compliance is strictly enforced, with accurate logs and Hours-of-Service discipline expected on every assignment.

Outward-Facing Cameras

Approved trucks must operate with required outward-facing safety camera technology as part of the accountability program.
